What We Collect

We don't collect anything. CalmTool is a client-side tool that runs entirely in your browser.

• No accounts. No sign-up. No email collection.
• Your breathing settings, assessment answers, and detox plans are stored only in your browser's local storage. We never see them, never receive them, never store them.

Cookies & Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible) to understand site usage without tracking individuals. We also use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Ahrefs for site performance and SEO insights. These third-party services may set cookies and collect anonymized usage data. You can disable cookies or opt out via your browser settings. We do not use cookies for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond basic analytics.

Data Retention

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no data retention period. Your tool settings, assessment answers, and detox plans remain in your browser's localStorage until you clear your browser data.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data (including under CCPA and GDPR). Since CalmTool does not collect or store your personal data, there is no data for us to provide, delete, or correct. Do Not Track

CalmTool does not track you across websites. We do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals because we do not engage in tracking that would require such a response.

Children

CalmTool is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
